We aim to make applying for a job with NZ Bus as easy as possible. The following is a general outline of the selection process:
- Provide us with your details, either in a CV or application form. These can be submitted online
- Once we have reviewed your details, we will be in touch to arrange a meeting time
- We also want to understand more about your working styles and abilities so we will use a variety of assessment tools depending on the position you are applying for
- We will conduct background checks, including speaking with your referees from previous employment. Criminal and traffic checks will also be completed
- Finally, if you have been successful, we will make an offer of employment.
