Kevin Baker
Kevin is CFO of Infratil and Morrison & Co. Kevin is responsible for financial and management reporting, treasury and funding, taxation and risk management for Infratil and its 100% owned subsidiaries. He is Chairman of NZ Bus and a director of Infratil Energy Australia. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 2005, Kevin had considerable financial and energy sector experience as CFO of NGC Holdings Limited.
Liberato Petagna
Lib Petagna is an Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of Morrison & Co, and a director of Aotea Energy Holdings (parent of Z Energy), NZ Bus and Infratil Property. Mr Petagna has had extensive involvement in the provision of advisory services to the infrastructure sector.
Tim Brown
Tim Brown specialises in financial structuring and has been responsible for the funding of both Infratil and a number of investee companies. Mr Brown is a Director of Wellington Airport and NZ Bus.
Keith Tempest
Keith is the former Chief Executive of TrustPower, a Bay of Plenty based electricity generator and is also a Director of the Port of Tauranga Limited, Transpower Limited, Crown Fibre Holdings and Ultrafast Broadband Limited. Keith has been a member of the NZ Bus board since 2009.
