Chief Executive Officer
Bruce has responsibility for the management of all NZ Bus's activities including its bus operations across the North Island.
Scott Thorne
Chief Financial Officer
Scott is responsible for the NZ Bus accounting and financial functions, payroll and IT services. Scott is also responsible for procurement and purchasing within NZ Bus.
Emma Butler
Head of People
Emma is responsible for ensuring that NZ Bus is a great place to work where people have the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities include: organisational development, learning and development, employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, performance management, remuneration and reward and succession planning.
Zane Fulljames
General Manager Operations
Zane is responsible for operations functions in the Auckland and Wellington businesses. This includes managing bus and driver resources for the day-to-day provision of bus services.
Megan McSweeney
General Manager of Marketing & Communications
Megan is responsible for the marketing, communications and customer service functions for NZ Bus and its community brands.
Rachel Ockelford
General Manager Business Optimisation
Rachel is responsible for our fleet, network, regulatory and compliance teams. This includes fleet purchasing and maintenance, network design, business development, driver and vehicle scheduling and reporting.
